These Terms govern your use of ahiaintel.com (the “Site”), operated by AhiaIntel Ltd., a company incorporated in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria (“AhiaIntel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms.

AhiaIntel is an AI and data technology company. Atlas is AhiaIntel’s flagship organizational intelligence platform. Vantage is another product developed by AhiaIntel for public-web business intelligence. Atlas and Vantage are product names, not separate companies or legal entities.

The Site describes intended product capabilities, architecture and applications. Descriptions do not constitute a service-level commitment, warranty, customer-specific offer or guarantee that every capability will be available in every product configuration.

You may contact AhiaIntel about products, pilots, partnerships and technical collaboration. Vantage access requests are maintained separately as a product waitlist.

• No guarantee: an inquiry or access request does not guarantee a response, pilot, partnership or product access.
• No purchase: submitting information creates no payment obligation or right to use a product.
• Accurate information: you must provide information you are entitled to share.
• Communications: we may respond to an inquiry or send relevant Vantage access updates. You may opt out by contacting info@ahiaintel.com.

The Site, AhiaIntel name, Atlas name, Vantage name, logos, written content, visual systems and associated materials belong to AhiaIntel Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, impersonate AhiaIntel, violate applicable law, or use automated extraction tools without our permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, suitability for a specific purpose, or that product descriptions will remain unchanged. Site content is not professional, legal, financial or operational advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AhiaIntel Ltd. and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Site relies on third-party infrastructure and communication providers. External links are provided for convenience; their services are governed by their own terms and policies. AhiaIntel does not control third-party sites.

We may update the Site, our products, or these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties will first seek good-faith resolution of disputes; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.
