Vantage — Early access

Search the world’s businesses like you search the web.

Every company leaves signals across its website, hiring pages, reviews, ads, and social channels. Vantage brings those signals together into structured intelligence you can search, monitor, and act on.

Built for

Teams that win on better information.

One intelligence platform engineered for strategic teams — and adaptable to any custom data workflow.

Sales & RevOps

Build target lists from real business behaviour, not stale firmographics.

PE & VC Investors

Screen private companies on live growth signals before the deal is on the market.

Growth Agencies

Pitch prospects on the exact gaps you can close, with evidence attached.

AI Developers

Ground agents in structured company data through the API and MCP connector.

Market Researchers

Strategy & Ops

Track competitor expansion, benchmark growth metrics, and direct key initiatives.

Use cases

Real questions. Structured answers.

Research that used to take hours now takes seconds.

Sales prospecting

Find accounts that match your ideal customer profile using business attributes, not just job titles or revenue bands.

Market research

Map competitive landscapes, size markets by business model, and identify gaps across any geography or vertical.

"Every fintech platform in West Africa that accepts mobile money payments"

What Vantage sees

Every public signal. One structured record.

Businesses publish more intelligence than they realize. Vantage collects, structures, and continuously refreshes it.

Business identity

Brand name, category, headquarters, languages served, and international market presence.

Revenue model

How the business makes money. Transaction, subscription, marketplace, freemium, lead generation. Multiple models detected simultaneously.

Payments and commerce

Accepted payment methods across 40 regional and global options. Shipping regions, pricing ranges, and return policies.

Social presence

Handles across 26 platforms including regional networks across Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Follower counts and posting activity refreshed from each platform.

Hiring activity

Open roles, team growth rate, and hiring patterns. A company adding 15 sales roles signals something very different than 15 engineers.

Customer reviews

Ratings from Trustpilot, Google, G2, Capterra, and App Store. Trend direction matters as much as the score itself.

Advertising activity

Active campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok. Creative count and estimated spend bands across platforms.

Technology stack

Ecommerce platform, CRM, marketing tools, analytics, and payment processors. Detected from public signals, not guessed from domain names.

How to read the structure

site_type
Closed, single value: ECOMMERCE or NON_ECOMMERCE. A government payment portal is NON_ECOMMERCE.

Arrays of 1–3 drawn from 56 verticals and ~447 sub-verticals. Never free text.
micro_vertical
Free-form 2–5 word phrase for niche specificity beyond the closed sub-vertical list.
description
Human-readable 1–2 sentence summary explaining why the domain got its classification.

Under the hood

Layer 2 reads only what the crawled page shows. Layer 3 fills in everything the page can’t tell you — reach, reputation, spend, and hiring — from external sources.

Validation

12 classification hard rules.

Inviolable constraints the classifier must follow before a record enters the index. They are what keeps a 200M-domain dataset comparable instead of merely large.

  1. 01

    Unclassifiable domains stop and classify

Parked domains, minimal shells, login-only gateways and coming-soon pages get site_type=NON_ECOMMERCE, vertical=infrastructure, reach=unknown, conversion_models=["none"]. No social, payment or product extraction.

  2. 02

    Freemium ≠ free trial

Freemium is a permanent free tier; free_trial is time-limited full access. Confirming language required — “free forever” versus “14-day trial”.

  3. 03

    Advertising requires script evidence

AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js or an “Advertise with us” CTA. Never inferred from content patterns.

  4. 04

Product count from structured data only

JSON-LD ItemList, AggregateOffer.offerCount or sitemap URLs. Never from pagination text.

  5. 05

    Payment badge ≠ payment method

A Visa logo in the footer doesn't confirm Visa is accepted. Checkout-page evidence required.

  6. 06

    JS-rendered prices resolve to null

Price placeholders, $0.00 and “price upon request” are set to null rather than guessed.

  7. 07

    Reach classification is explicit

global (3+ languages and international shipping), regional (1–2 languages, regional scope), local (single language, single country), diaspora (community abroad), unknown (parked or shell).

  8. 08

    Conversion models are multi-valued

conversion_models is an array of 1–3. NYT is advertising + subscription; Amazon is transaction + marketplace.

  9. 09

    Site type boundary is transactional

ECOMMERCE means the site sells something online. NON_ECOMMERCE means no transaction is possible on the site itself — government payment portals included.

  10. 10

    Technology detection is illustrative

Report every visible technology, not only the ones named as taxonomy examples.

  11. 11

    Insufficient content classifies conservatively

Thin content gets infrastructure / minimal_content_shell rather than a guessed vertical.

  12. 12

    Best-fit vertical, micro_vertical for specificity

When no sub-vertical fits, the closest parent vertical is chosen and micro_vertical carries the niche.
