• Company inquiries: name, professional email, organization, inquiry category, message, source and submission time.
• Vantage access requests: professional email, optional name and company where supplied, source and submission time.
• Website usage: aggregate page, referrer, device, browser and country information through Vercel Analytics.
• Technical records: standard request and security logs processed by our hosting infrastructure.

Our legal bases may include your consent, steps requested before entering an agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, and legal obligations.

We use a managed database and backend to store submissions, Resend to deliver email, Slack for internal submission notifications, and Vercel for hosting and aggregate analytics. Providers process data for AhiaIntel under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We use HTTPS, access controls, restricted server-side database access and row-level security. Data may be processed outside your country where our providers operate. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

We keep inquiries while they are being handled and for a reasonable business and legal record period. Vantage access requests remain until access communications conclude, the list is retired, or deletion is requested. Security logs and aggregate analytics follow provider retention periods.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers acting for us, professional advisers where necessary, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or objection to certain processing. Email info@ahiaintel.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may verify your identity before responding.

AhiaIntel processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable regulations. You may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.

Vercel Analytics is designed to operate without cookies or cross-site profiling. The Site is not directed to children under 16. External websites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
